We are having a lovely month of February and that means that March is going to be even better!

Here are a few things to keep up with our news in Amalia. Spring is our favourite season and we wouldn’t like you to miss even a tiny bit of it, so hold on tight… here we go!

Mother’s Day in happening in 31st of March and yes, you are welcome for the reminder. We know, we know… you should show love to your mum every day of the year, but what a better occasion to do something special for her! Treating her to an Amalia meal sure will be something she’ll remember (and will make up for those times that you weren’t that good at remembering this! ).  If you want to see what´s on the menu click here.

The 2nd of March is a special night for us as we are shortlisted in the Lifestyle Awards for third year running with a few awards under our belt in the past years we can’t wait to see if we get as lucky as in the past editions, please have your fingers crossed for us! On the night we´ll make sure you get all goss as we’ll be streaming live all the highlights through our Instagram channel!

The Grand National (4th – 6th April) – One of the biggest events of the year in the UK. Figures from past editions say: 600 million people streaming from their homes (according to the Jockey Club) and thousands of people watching it live at Aintree… Not that we can feed thousands, but if you happen to pass by Amalia over the 3 days, feel free to grab a quick bite before the races or come over for dinner after the races. Amalia is only 5 minutes’ walk from trains stations to Aintree and 1 minutes from Liverpool One bus station.

The Sound City (3 – 5th May) – one of the biggest music festivals in the UK and the biggest music event in Liverpool by far. Over those days we get so many bands and fans heading down to town from the Baltic Triangle. If you´d like to book ahead to avoid disappointment, you are smart, I like you! Do it now here

The Royal Albert Dock Festival (Starting in April until the summer) – Starting with Heritage on the weekend 12-14th April their series of weekend festivals are perfect to amuse and educate both children and adults. Amalia is only 2 minutes ‘walk from the Albert Dock.

Amalia will be open all throughout these events, to feed you good food, serve you good wine and bring you the best atmosphere all with a casual Italian touch.

Now… let the nice weather come to us!
